Howto: Digitasi Peta menggunakan ArcGIS

Halo!

Berhubung tugas GIS yang sedang kami kerjakan adalah digitasi peta provinsi Jawa Barat, jadi kita digitasi peta pakai Peta Provinsi Jawa Barat ya :D

Digitasi On Screen

Digitasi on screen merupakan suatu teknik digitasi atau proses konversi dari data format raster ke dalam format vektor. Pada teknik ini, peta yang akan digitasi terlebih dahulu harus dibawa ke dalam format raster baik itu melalui proses scanning dengan alat scanner atau dengan pemotretan. Jika peta tersebut merupakan citra hasil foto udara ataupun satelit maka tinggal dimasukkan ke dalam ArcMap.

Digitasi On Screen di bagi kedalam 3 kelompok berdasarkan type shapefilenya yaitu:

1. Digitasi Point

Digitasi untuk membuat simbol fasilitas umum, tempat wisata, Gunung, Kota, dll.

2. Digitasi Line

Digitasi untuk membuat jalan tol, arteri dan kolektor; sungai.

3. Digitasi Polygon

Digitasi untuk membuat wilayah Kabupaten, Kota dll.

Howto: Registrasi Peta di ArcGIS

Registrasi peta merupakan salah satu proses dalam input data, dimana data image/citra yang akan digunakan sebagai peta dasar harus dikoreksi terlebih dahulu posisinya terhadap permukaan bumi.


Pembacaan Koordinat Peta
Pada peta dengan sisitem koordinat lat/long posisi X diwakili oleh garis bujur (longitude) dan posisi Y diwakili oleh garis lintang (latitude). Sedangkan pada peta dengan sistem koordinat UTM (Universal Transver Mercator) Norting mewakili X dan Easting mewakili Y.

Mengecek Sistem Koordinat Themes/Layer
Pada ArcGIS untuk mengecek system koordinat yang digunakan pada masing-masing layer/themes dapat dilakukan dengan cara:
1. Klik kanan pada layer/themes > properties > pilih Source

ArcCatalog akan sangat membantu dalam hal pengaturan file-file spasial ataupun peta-peta yang akan dibuat dan dibutuhkan dalam sebuah proyek GIS.

Di postingan sebelumnya telah dijelaskan secara singkat hal-hal umum mengenai software ArcGIS. Selanjutnya akan dipaparkan langkah-langkah untuk menginstall ArcGIS 9.3 berikut crack nya. Here we go:

Ngomong-ngomong soal Partikel—coming soon serial ke-4 Supernova—Dewi Lestari sepertinya punya segudang petasan, bom, peledak dan teman-temannya yang dia simpan bertahun-tahun, hanya demi meluncurkan si "Partikel" ini. 7 tahun sudah Petir—serial ke 3 Supernova—di terbitkan dan sampai sekarang Petir masih menggantung. Entahlah memang karena riset yang perlu waktu lama atau ceritanya akan menjadi lebih detail dan kompleks, saya sebagai penikmat sastra-sastra Dee hanya bisa menunggu Partikel ini dilepas di pasaran pertengahan April nanti XD.

Work: ArcGIS

ArcGIS adalah salah satu software yang dikembangkan oleh ESRI (Environment Science & Research Institute) yang merupakan kompilasi fungsi-fungsi dari berbagai macam software GIS yang berbeda seperti GIS desktop, server, dan GIS berbasis web. Software ini mulai dirilis oleh ESRI pada tahun 2000. Produk utama dari ArcGIS adalah ArcGIS desktop, dimana arcGIS desktop merupakan software GIS professional yang komprehensif dan dikelompokkan atas tiga komponen yaitu:ArcView (komponen yang fokus ke penggunaan data yang komprehensif, pemetaan dan analisis), ArcEditor (lebih fokus ke arah editing data spasial) dan ArcInfo (lebih lengkap dalam menyajikan fungsi-fungsi GIS termasuk untuk keperluan analisis geoprosesing).

Life is Just Like a Game, You Know?

There are similarities between life and game:

1. When you decide to choose the CD you take to play from many of CDs in front of you (absolutely they are different type of games), It means you choose your way or destination of life to sail. You choose the CD maybe due to your curiosity or interest, like you are that need a life you fully wish.

2. When you run the CD, you will see “press start the button” that means you ‘start’ you wished life.

3. You will face every single level in that game. The level is getting harder and harder from level to level. At the first level, you will be guided how to ‘start’ your life smoothly and no significant obstructions until you could go away yourself. Gaining level is to test how good you are in facing the difficulties of every level. The faster you finish the problem, the faster you come to next level. This is what will prove what you are.

4. You can pass the level by any of ways :

a. Just go away

You run the story line level by level. No extreme ambitions. You are a man or woman who enjoys the process. You don’t really worry to what happen next.

b. Using ‘cheat’

Maybe you are just like “a”. The difference is you have the best resistance of any problem around you in every level. You pass every level without pain, serious struggle, and no fight! You are guaranteed.

c. Knowing the ‘password’ to skip to the higher level without through the level. This kind of way aims that you are a clever gamer. You could work better than any player. So, you could take ‘better position’ just because you know the ‘password’.

5. Facing the ‘boss’ means that you face ‘the real problem’. If bosses in the game had been passed, you will be the ‘one-and-only boss’. And if you want to replay the game sometime, you already how to face the boss. That means the problem is usual for you.
